Cameron Drake is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) with a background in behavioral healthcare. He works with adults and children on developing Functional Fitness, Sport-Specific Skills, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility and Mobility.


Cameron has competed on three seasons of American Ninja Warrior, conquered numerous obstacle course races and was voted 2nd best Personal Trainer in Creative Loafing’s “Best of the Bay 2022 & 2023." 


Cameron created Resiliency Coaching & Performance as a health and wellness company t0 help people build strong minds and bodies, with customized strength training and conditioning programs for all levels of ability.  Cameron's mission is to help people live healthier, happier and more resilient lives.
